We want you to be completely satisfied with your Skibidi Toilet Store apparel; if your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the items.
